Ofzalox Infusion is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic formulation containing Ofloxacin Infusion IP 0.2% w/v (200 mg / 100 ml). It is formulated in a sterile, non-pyrogenic single-dose container for intravenous administration to treat severe bacterial infections.
