ZiCFi-SL -- Ceftriaxone & Sulbactum for Injection

Biotic Healthcare offers ZiCFi injection, which contains active ingredients like ceftriaxone and sulbactam. The combination of both salts gives a highly powerful antibacterial antibiotic formulation which is quite useful to treat certain infections caused by organisms resistant.

Ceftriaxone is a cephalosporin drug which is mainly used to treat a broad spectrum of bacterial infections. Plus, it works in preventing the composition of the bacteria’s cell wall, so that the wall elations resulting in bacterial cell death.

Sulbactam is a ß lactamase inhibitor, which works well in blocking the development of the bacteria’s cell wall, which kills the bacteria. If you have or ever had the following medical conditions such as pregnant, planning to become, or are breast-feeding, taking any prescription or nonprescription drug, dietary supplement, herbal preparation, or, allergies to any medicine, or food, etc. do tell your pharmacist before using this antibiotic.

Contradictions:

ZiCFi injection is contradicted in patients with known allergy to Cephalosporin class of drugs due to its some serious side effects such as Gastrointestinal (Stomatitis, Diarrhea, nausea and glossitis), Hepatic, Hematological (hematoma, bleeding, Eosinophilia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and leukopenia), Skin reactions (Allergic Dermatitis, Erythema Multiforme, Exanthema, Urticaria, Pruritis, and Edema,) and other common side effects included dizziness, shivering, growth in serum creatinine, headache,mycosis of the genital tract, fever, and oliguria. So make sure never take without consulting your pharmacist or doctor, and do not take more than your recommended dose.
